K.O Reacts To US Hip-Hop OG Playing “SETE” In The Streets Of Los Angeles. Los Angeles is a City of flowers and sunshine and the streets are always beaming lively with music. Veteran rapper K.O had to experience the glitz and glamour of the city following his visit to the BET Awards 2023 ceremony.
K.O has enjoyed a successful musical stint in South Ah, but his music hit single SETE propelled him to the global stage. Not only has the song been played on DSPs and in Mzansi, but SETE has become an anthem even in the streets of Los Angeles.
In a viral Twitter video, K.O can be seen responding to Bone Thugs and Kurupt’s manager playing the SR3 album lead single. The rapper showed nothing but love and salutations to the US Hip-hop OG saying; “Respect, respect.” Even though K.O didn’t win the BET Award, it’s clear that he had a good time in the US and his plan to attract a global audience might be on the verge of fruition.
K.O has clearly stated that he wants to emulate the successful spell of veteran DJ Black Coffee and he has been putting much effort towards the dream. “The dream! I want to be a South African hip-hop Black Coffee. I’ve tasted what the world feels like outside South Africa, I’m addicted,” he wrote.
