Bravo Le Roux Reacts To Increase In Monthly Spotify Listeners Following ‘Igazi, Iinyembezi, Nombilo’ Album Release. Bravo Le Roux is currently having the best time of his life following the success of his debut album ‘Igazi, Iinyembezi, Nombilo.’
Prior to the release of Igazi linyembzi Nombilo album, Roux last released a mixtape two years ago titled International Gubevu, which most of his fans considered an album. However, the Xhosa rapper’s recent album has been well-received taking from the increase of monthly listeners on Spotify.
Taking to Twitter, one of Bravo Le Roux fans shared the before and after of Bravo’s Spotify monthly listeners’ statistics following the success of his debut album.
“DAMN @bravoleroux WAS DOING 5K MONTHLY LISTENERS BEFORE THE ALBUM DROPPED AND NOW HE IS ON 60 000 MONTHLY LISTENERS AND IT HAS NOT EVEN BEEN A MONTH SINCE THE ALBUM DROPPED. THATS POWERFUL,” read the tweet.
In response, Bravo Le Roux expressed his excitement by sharing emotional emoji as he currently enjoys the wave of success. The 15-track album houses talented musicians such as Sjava, Youngsta CPT Badman Payseen, IFani, Digital Sangoma, Gemma Fassie, Touchline Truth and Zusiphe Mtsitshe.
The features on the project did a stellar job with their delivery with rappers such as Youngsta CPT IFani and Sjava showcasing their extensive musical prowess. The track Umuntu featuring Sjava has amassed over 100K streams on Spotify and it is one of the fans’ favourites. The other track that has rocked most stages is Makhwenkwe featuring IFani and has surpassed 18K Spotify streams.
The rapper is targeting 1 million streams across all streaming services after the project received 500K in just 5 days. “Thank you for 600K+ streams in 5 days. Help me take it to a million streams by Friday,” tweeted Bravo Leroux.
