Cassper Clarifies Why He Named His Forthcoming Album “Solomon”
Cassper Clarifies Why He Named His Forthcoming Album “Solomon.” Cassper has taken his fans on a journey through his life, experiences, and emotions. As anticipation grows for his forthcoming album, “Solomon,” the artist recently revealed the intriguing reason behind the album’s unique name.
After Cassper announced the album title, there have been speculations that the rapper named his album Solomon after his childhood friend Carpo. During an exclusive interview with L-Tido, Cassper Nyovest opened up about the inspiration behind his album’s title.
The rapper said that his forthcoming body of work is not named after his friend Carpo whose real name is Solomon. Rather the Solomon he’s referring to is the one in the bible. “Carpo’s name is Solomon, but it wasn’t really named after Solomon (Carpo). It was named after the story of King Solomon, but it was also nice that you know he (Carpo) could have that moment,” he said.
“So yeah it’s titled after the story of King Solomon, one of the wisest and wealthiest men to live and he had his own flaws. I see myself as like I’m a superhero but I’m I’ve got my own flaws,” Cassper added. Even though Mufasa had promised to drop his album on the 28th of July, the rapper came out and announced the postponement of his project.
. “I’m sorry y’all. The positive news is that all is now fixed and we will have a new date and single in the next week. #Solomon,” tweeted Cassper.
