Cassper Explains His Decision To Collaborate With Sprite. Rapper and businessman Cassper Nyovest has not only made an impact on the rap culture, but rather his name is also well-known in the business community.

Despite promoting his own brands, Cassper Nyovest has collaborated with a variety of brands along the way. However, the rapper appears to be acquainted with his most recent partnership with Sprite. Speaking in an interview with SA Hip Hop Mag, Mufasa explained that his collaboration with Sprite is special to him because the parties share the same values and reputation.

“It’s a big brand, it’s a brand that I grew up with in my house as a kid. It’s hip-hop, I’m hip-hop you know, I’m dropping a hip-hop album and the energy is there, they love hip-hop, they love the same thing that I love,” he said.

“The opportunity was also just to express myself without any sort of direction which I loved, usually they have it all planned out for you and they tell you what to do,” Cassper added. Cassper Nyovest released a song titled Soul as part of his collaboration with the beverage brand. In it, he expresses his heartfelt concern about the reality of individuals who are living for materialistic things. 

The multi-award-winning rapper also discussed the importance of maintaining faith and positivity, as well as not seeking approval from others mostly those who are striving every day to make ends meet. Mufasa also had the backing of Ryan Tedde on the song who came through with melodious vocals to compliment Cassper Nyovest’s raps.
