Costa Titch’s Mother Reacts To ‘Big Flexa’ Charting On Nigeria’s Top 100 Songs. Costa Titch‘s music continues to have an impact even if he is no longer around to see his great effort. During his short music career, the late rapper delivered a slew of hit songs and Big Flexa is among some of his songs that made a massive impact.
The song has not only made an impact in South Africa, rather Big Flexa has become a global phenomenon. As it stands, Big Flexa is currently charting on Nigeria’s top 100 and the late rapper’s mother delivered a message of gratitude to Nigerians for their massive support.
Taking to Instagram, Costa Titch’s mother stated that Nigerians have a special place as she appreciates the support towards her son’s music. “Message from Mama Titch for the people of Nigeria: Many thanks for all the love and support for my son. You all have a special place in my heart. I was blessed to spend some time in your country, so this means so much to me.” Wrote Costa Titch’s mother.
Costa Titch died on March 11, 2023, after he collapsed while playing on stage. There is still no clarification as to what caused Titch’s death, but the police initiated a probe that is yet to deliver its outcomes. Even though the police have launched an investigation into the matter, nothing can be done without the late rapper’s toxicology results which have been delayed.
“The National Health Laboratory Services can take months or even years to finalise toxicology tests. This means I am not the only mother in South Africa that has to wait for answers. It also means if anyone did poison my son, they could get away with murder. I’m pleading for help to get answers as even the police cannot do anything without these medical results.” She wrote.
