K.O Reacts To Zakes Bantwini Celebrating His Musical Journey Ahead Of The One-Man Concert. The music industry is no stranger to the camaraderie and mutual respect shared between artists. It is often heartwarming to witness fellow musicians celebrating each other’s successes and accomplishments.
Recently, a heartening instance of such camaraderie was seen when Zakes Batwini, the renowned South African musician, publicly celebrated his fellow artist K.O. The Skhanda World boss is currently preparing for his forthcoming one-man show and during his interview with YFM, Zake Bantwini pitched up and honoured the famed rapper for his massive contribution to the SA music industry.
“We were just driving going to our office and I heard K.O was here” (YFM), he said. “I want to buy tickets for YFM fans, I think it’s one thing that people should understand, how tough it is to stay on top in this game. K.O has been doing this for a very long time and we started doing these shows while I was still manager and they were still with Teargas back in 2007,” Zakes said.
Zakes Bantwini extended his praises to K.O demonstrating the rapper’s talent, dedication and contribution to the music industry. “2023 right now and you still have the number 1 record, it’s so funny that it was Osama, it did like crazy numbers on the radio and he came with SETE and beat Osama. It’s such an amazing thing and K.O has been there man for a very long time. I think the game owes him a lot and that’s why I’ve just like I need to show love and let me just buy these tickets,” Zakes added.
Taking to Twitter, K.O expressed gratitude to the Imali hitmaker for showing the support ahead of the much anticipated one-man concert. “Kings knight kings,” tweeted K.O. With a career that spans over a decade, K.O has earned a well-deserved reputation in the SA music industry and beyond.
