Buzzi Lee Reveals Fascinating Details On How She Became A Rapper. Breaking into the music industry is never easy, and Buzzi Lee’s path was no exception. However, the rapper shared fascinating details on how she decided to become a rapper as she had no intentions to.

In an interview with Sowetan Mag, the Pretoria-based rapper stated that she had no idea she had a flair for making rap music. Buzzi Lee added that she discovered her talent by constantly spending time hanging out with producers in the studio.

“Rapping is a talent I didn’t know I had. I got into the music space by hanging out with producers in the studio after school when I was in varsity. I would see different rappers come in and out of the studio to make music and I’d always watch in awe of the music process,” she said as per Sowetan Mag.

Buzzi Lee said that she would get fascinated by how some artists would compose a song from start to finish. This also includes the making of the beats and the whole production until the final product is released.

“Composing a song from start to finish has always fascinated me. The production of the beat to the artist finding a flow and writing lyrics to the beat and the end product where the song would be complete and got mixed and mastered.” She added.

The rapper was quite clear that her producer friends persuaded her to give hip-hop music a try, not that she had chosen to jump on the bandwagon herself. “I then got convinced by several producer friends to try rapping out as they believed I would be good in the music space judging from my taste in music. So I tried it out and the rest is history,” said Buzzi Lee.
