IFani Explains His 6-Year Music Hiatus As He Prepares A Triumphant Return. iFani has been absent from the music scene for the past six years, leaving fans curious and eager about his whereabouts.
According to Opera News via the Daily Sun, IFani opened up about the primary reason for his extended break from the demanding music industry. The Xhosa rapper stated that he was no longer enjoying making music from the moment he dropped Ewe and Shake between 2012 and 2014.
IFani stated that the amount of pressure at that time was too much for him hence the reason to take a break. “During the time I was working on my debut record, everything in my life was going extremely well. I was getting bookings left and right, but I was unable to keep up with the demand because the pressure was too much.
“I had the impression that I was going to fight because it was so difficult for me. After making more money, I made the decision to move somewhere where there is more peace,” he said.
The rapper is now on the verge of making a fully-fledged musical comeback with an album 3rd Quadrant album. However, the IFani has already kickstarted his quest following his contribution to Bravo Le Roux’s album. “I’ve had a nice break, and I feel like I’m ready to go again.” He said.
With a renewed sense of self and clarity, iFani is now ready to make a powerful comeback to the music world. He has been working tirelessly on new music and has collaborated with fellow artists to create authentic and meaningful songs that reflect his journey.
