Emtee Defends Amanda Black Against Trolls And Disrespectful Comments. In an era where social media often serves as a breeding ground for negativity and criticism, it is truly uplifting to observe artists utilizing their online platforms to bolster and stand by their fellow creatives.
Emtee has recently taken a stand against trolls and disrespectful comments, defending fellow artist Amanda Black in a powerful display of solidarity. Taking to Twitter (X), the self-proclaimed Hustler issued a stern warning to anyone abusing Amanda Black stating that no one disrespects the Amazulu hitmaker in his presence. “Don’t disrespect Amanda Black in my presence. No sir I’m going for dat. U gon have to see me,” Emtee said.
Amanda Black came under massive criticism following a viral photo of her performing at the Maseru Jazz Festival this past weekend. The famed singer appeared untidy on stage which prompted all sorts of nasty and disrespectful comments about her.
Emtee and Amanda were signed under the same record label Ambitiouz Entertainment and they had the same experience of ill-treatment from the label. Even though the Hustler came through to Amanda Black‘s defence he too was not spared from the criticism.
Both the rapper and his former record label colleague were poked for hitting hard times ever since their departure from Ambitiouz Entertainment. “Y’all are looking like amaphara since you left ambitious,” read the post.
In response, Emtee emphasized that despite his upbringing in the crime-ridden and impoverished neighbourhood of Hillbrow, he has consistently maintained good self-care. “Y’all!? I hope you talking to about your mama cos b*ch I made more by myself than with anyone. Yes I grew up in hillbrow the crime hub. I never look bummy. F*ck no! U don’t know me,” Emtee said.
