A shining example of this innovative spirit is Cassper Nyovest, who has just unleashed his eagerly awaited album, “Solomon,” setting off a profound buzz of anticipation and enthusiasm across the SA Hip-hop scene.

Taking to Twitter (X), Tweezy commended Cassper’s authenticity, highlighting how the album consists of mature raps and marvellous production. “Solomon by @casspernyovest is such a beautiful album. Very mature and grown raps over beautiful production. I can’t wait for everyone to experience and enjoy the music as much as we do. Album drops at midnight!” Wrote Tweezy.

Tweezy is amongst the producers who contributed immensely to Cassper’s 7th studio album. The famed SA Hip-hop producer and rapper said that he and fellow producers Ganja Beats and Ali Keys produced most of the songs on Mufasa’s body of work. “Yes, produced majority of the songs with @aliekeys & @A_GanjaBeatz . We make a super dope team,” Tweezy said after he was asked about his contribution to the album.

While Cassper’s album has certainly garnered immense praise from his fans and fellow artists, his tribute song to AKA, titled “Candlelight,” has left a bitter taste amongst AKA’s dedicated Megacy fanbase. Some have accused the rapper of seeking attention and publicity by releasing a tribute song to longtime rap rivalry, especially considering their history of conflict throughout their respective rap careers.
