MajorSteez Unveils Cover Art For Forthcoming Single Featuring AKA. South African hip-hop sensation MajorSteez is generating significant buzz as they unveil the striking cover art for the upcoming single, featuring none other than the legendary AKA which will be dropping on 27 October.
The rap duo finds themselves in a bittersweet situation, having secured a collaboration with one of the industry’s finest. Sadly, they won’t be able to fully revel in the success of their joint single with AKA, who tragically lost his life in February earlier this year.
Taking to Instagram, the Asbonge hitmakers unveiled a well-crafted cover art for the track titled Smooth Operator. AKA’s brother Steffan Forbes also put a hand in the making of the cover art making it a very heartwarming gesture.
The Mabhena brothers openly shared their disappointment over AKA’s absence, as he will not be able to witness their collaborative work. Nevertheless, they also extended their gratitude to the Forbes family and AKA’s management for their unwavering support in helping them bring the song to life, even in the absence of the Supa Mega.
