Taking to Twitter (X), Wordz has been pushing his album urging fans to run up the numbers for what he perceived as “album of the year.” The rapper’s claims have stirred controversy on the social media platform with most fans denouncing that his album is the best to come out this year.

Wordz, however, posted a query, seeking explanations for the fans’ discontent over his aggressive promotion of the album. “Q&A – Why are some people pressed by me pushing my album kanti !?” Wordz wrote.

The rapper has been heavily criticized mostly by some A-Reece fans as Wordz‘s claims mostly got attention when Reece dropped the long-awaited P2: TBHBG album. One of the fans pointed out that the rapper had himself to blame for declaring his project album of the year a few hours after Reece dropped P2.

“it can never be a coincidence that you post ‘album of the year out now’ a few hours after Reece dropped his. that also being the first time youve labelled PFTBP as album of the year. tbh, you gave yourself unnecessary drama. the slimes weren’t going to keep quiet.” Read the post.
