PdotO Announces Official Release Date For His 6th Studio Album. Renowned rapper and wordsmith, PdotO, has electrified fans by announcing the official release date for his sixth studio album, sparking anticipation and excitement.
Taking to Twitter, the famed rapper proved to have the highest level of consistency that is needed in the competitive SA rap game. In the post, PdotO announced that his upcoming album is set to drop on February 23 2024.
“I fell in love with Consistency and i’v chasing her Heart Ever Since. Ladies and Gentlemen my First Double Album My 6TH STUDIO ALBUM SIPHELELE: BOOK I Drops February 23th. God bless the God blessed,” PdotO announced.
PdotO‘s journey in the music industry has been marked by a series of successful releases, including critically acclaimed albums such as “Under the Sun” and “Cold Waters. His level of consistency cannot be ignored as he has dropped albums for 7 seven years straight.
His forthcoming album titled “Siphelele” will consist of features from fellow rappers with the likes of Jay Jody, Touchline Truth and Lolli Native making a nod. The body of work will be produced by Beat Mochin, Kaizer Beatz, Vibezboybeatz, Messia808, King Thibbz, Ceazor Bantu, Leety Creation and Ntate Stunna under God The God Bless Entertainment.
Last year, PdotO delighted his fans with a 13-track Mixtape titled “Son Of Nomsa,” garnering immense praise within the South African Hip Hop community. The rapper skillfully incorporated numerous biblical references throughout the project, a distinctive writing style that he continues to uphold in the majority of his songs.
“I’m a very spiritual man, I think everybody that knows me, spiritual not religious, big difference,” he said. I think everybody that has been following my music, how I came in, I’ve always tried to maintain a healthy relationship with my God even though we stray, we mess up, we human we go through… But I try really really you know try to maintain a relationship with Christ and God and I love that I’m not always perfect, I always make mistakes.”
