Emtee Explains Why He Supported His Son After Fighting At School. Emtee sparked conversation online this week after he revealed that his son had been involved in a fight at school. The rapper faced criticism for seemingly defending his child’s actions.

Taking to Twitter (X), the Roll Up hitmaker said he supported his son Avery who won a fight at school. “My son came home and told me he was fighting at school. I just asked one question; Did you win? He say yeah I gave him 2 piece combo and he cried. I say yeah! Couldn’t help but say “That’s my boy “. Then we did our signature handshake,” wrote Emtee.
In a separate social media update, Emtee addressed the situation on Instagram, emphasizing that while he does not endorse violence, he highlighted Avery’s character as a respectful individual who may have reached a breaking point in response to perceived disrespect.
“I don’t condone violence. Avery is a good kid. He must’ve been fed up. 🤷🏾♂️ couldn’t help but give him a high five followed by our signature handshake. My son stood on binny,” Emtee said.
Emtee’s position has sparked diverse responses. While some supporters applauded his focus on his son’s welfare, others drew parallels between Avery and his father, especially in light of Emtee’s recent altercation with Mikes Kitchen Restaurant.
