Cassper Alerts Fans To Fake Instagram Account Impersonating His Wife. At a moment when Cassper and his wife, Pulane, should be relishing their new marriage, they find themselves grappling with a deceptive Instagram user.
Taking to Instagram, Cassper Nyovest shared a screenshot of the fake Instagram account posting which shows elegant pictures of Pulane Mojaki with the username Madam.pulane. The famed rapper urged his followers to block and report the account that has been scamming people under his wife’s name.
“Hi guys, please block and report this account madam.pulane. It’s someone(scammer)pretending to be my wife. It is not my wife’s account,” wrote Cassper.
This isn’t the first time celebrities in South Africa have dealt with online impersonation. Unfortunately, phishing scams and impersonator accounts are common on social media platforms. Recently, J Smash issued a statement addressing the same scenario stating that his team has taken the matter to the police after people were scammed under his name.
“J Smash is addressing an incident involving identity theft and scamming activities perpetrated under his name. It has come to our attention that individuals have been using his name to deceive innocent people, resulting in financial loss and distress,” read the statement.
J Molley is another rapper who also faced the same situation with a Facebook account impersonating him with the real person behind it being involved in the selling of drugs. The rapper had to come out and clear out his name making it known that he is not into the selling of drugs.
