SA Female Rappers Vie For Basadi In Music Awards 2024 Crown. The Basadi In Music Awards (BIMA) has unveiled the nominees for the highly anticipated SA Hip Hop Artist of the Year award for 2024.
This category celebrates the talents of South Africa’s leading female rappers and the impact they’ve made on the local hip-hop scene. This year’s BIMA promises a thrilling competition in the Hip Hop category with prestigious names eyeing the prestigious award.
Nominations for the award include Nadia Nakai, Faith K, Fifi Cooper, Dope Saint Jude, and Dyna Steez. Nadia Nakai will be looking forward to defending her throne after she clinched the award at the last year’s award ceremony.
The winner will be determined through a fan voting system which is available on the official Basadi In Music Awards website, with voting lines closing on July 28th. The Basadi In Music Awards ceremony is scheduled for 10 August 2024 in Johannesburg at the Mandela Theatre at Joburg Theatre and they are being hosted by the media veteran Unathi.
