Shebeshxt Faces Charges Of Culpable Homicide After Deadly Collision. Shebeshxt is facing charges of culpable homicide following a fatal collision that occurred last weekend. The Limpopo-born rapper is currently hospitalized after he sustained serious injuries on the fateful day which also led to the passing away of his nine-year-old daughter – Onthatile Chuene.
According to the SundayWorld, the Limpopo police have initiated an investigation into the incident. They have requested that the rapper’s family provide a detailed statement about the events that transpired on that fateful night. Authorities are eager to understand the incident’s circumstances comprehensively, and the family’s account is crucial to this ongoing inquiry.
Additionally, the police also plan to collect a statement from Shebeshxt‘s partner, Kholofelo Chuene, who is also Onthatile’s mother. Kholofelo also sustained serious injuries on her head and lip whilst Shebeshxt suffered a broken leg, abdominal fracture, and head injuries.
The police have also requested to check the controversial rapper’s blood to check his level of sobriety when the accident happened. Malesela Ledwaba, the provincial spokesperson for the Limpopo police, stated that investigating the cause of the accident is standard procedure, ensuring that the rights of all parties involved are respected.
“The police must adhere to legal protocols and pro- cedures while conducting their investigation to ensure that the rights of all parties involved are respected and that the investigation is conducted fairly and in accordance with the law,” he said as per TheSouthAfrican.
