In a statement, J Molley announced that he is no longer a hip-hop artist, but rather a worship music singer stating that his new stage name is Yishai.

“Dear my fans, I stand before you with a heart full of gratitude and a spirit renewed by the love of Jesus Christ. My life has been transformed in ways I never imagined, and I am here to share this incredible journey with you,” reads the statement.

“I have encountered the saving grace of Jesus, and through Him, I have been completely renewed. The person you once knew as J Molley is no more. That chapter of my life has come to an end, and a new one has begun.

“With this renewed beginning, I have embraced a new name – Yishai. This name represents the new me, born again in Christ, with a heart devoted to spreading His message through the gift of music. From this day forward, I will be dedicating my life and my music to the glory of God. I will be creating gospel music that uplifts, inspires and glorifies His name.”

J Molley thanked his fans for supporting him on his new journey, expressing excitement about the future of his music career as a born-again Christian.
