“I don’t compete with DJs,” Says Speedsta As He Promises Fans New Music. When you as multi-talented as DJ Speedsta you find yourself being compared a lot to various musicians, what we weren’t aware of is that the Metro FM DJ isn’t really in competition with anyone other than artists.
A fan stated that Speedsta hasn’t dropped a hit since Mayo. Instead of objecting to the views Speedsta made it clear that he is not competing with DJz but artists, this puts him on a different level.
“My next record is bigger than Mayo!!!Watch!!! ? Remember, with me… I don’t compete with the DJ’s when it comes to music, I compete with the artists!!! ? Love the DJ’s, but I’ve sold more records than all of them put together ??” wrote Speedsta.
A few weeks back Speedsta announced that he will no longer be part of the PopCast, leaving the forever controversial show added to the rapper working towards creating a masterpiece like Mayo.
“I’m shoooting my last episode of the Popcast today…The SA Hip Hop experts said they want me out. So I’m gonna remove myself. Protecting my energy at all costs!”
He added: “I have comfort knowing that I am 1 of 1 You can do whatever you want, U will never replace me! Some try..Doesn’t really work out for them ..I am also myself 100% of the time, That makes me sleep lightly at night. ? If you don’t schmack it, Be out!”
