AKA On The Criticism He Has Received Over His Past Album Releases
AKA finally confronts being told over again that his releases aren't up to standard!
AKA On The Criticism He Has Received Over His Past Album Releases. For years AKA has thrived as one of the best selling artists but that doesn’t everyone has reacted kindly to his releases. In spite of obtaining Diamond and Platinum plaques he still had major criticism attached to his artistry.
On his recent twitter rants Supa Mega expressed how people judged his past album releases from Levels, Touch My Blood, Be Careful What You Wish For, Bhovamania and a Watermelon flavor of Cruz Vodka. He ended off by stating how you can never really satisfy people and that you should just continue to do what you want.
“When Levels dropped they called it pop radio nonsense. When TMB dropped they said they miss the LEVELS AKA. When Be Careful What You Wish For dropped they said …. it sounds ‘rushed’,” wrote Mega.
In addition stated that “No matter what you do … you will NEVER please everyone. Make peace with this. The sooner you accept it, the sooner you will understand why you were put on this Earth.”
