Proverb Announced As SAMRO’s Newest Board Member

Proverb is an icon when it comes to the music industry and his impactful influence is only getting bigger. Proverb was recently announced as a candidate to join SAMRO Music Board Membership.

Proverb recently confirmed his retirement as a rapper among many other titles and will now be assuming his new position as a board member at the South African Music Rights Organization. The 38 year-old rapper revealed the big news on social media, sharing his gratitude for the amazing opportunity.

Having played a huge part in the entertainment industry as more than just radio host or rapper, he opened up himself to more opportunities. He announced being nominated to join the board members at SAMRO. Even more impressively, he recently bought back his Masters.
