Emtee shared the good news with his fans with a snippet of the video and wrote on social media, “COMING SOON: #Johustleburg visuals”. The snippet that has been shared, shows, Emtee exploring the various areas of Johannesburg. The video is speculated to be released this week but as to which day, that is yet to be known.
Clout Cassette, which is a film and video company, shared the snippet of Emtee’s video, on their Instagram page and wrote in their caption that the video would be dropping this week. “Emtee – Johustleburg (Official Video) Dropping this week ⭐️? who’s ready,” read the caption. The company has previously worked with Emtee for visuals for his music and are credited for Johustleburg’s visuals.
Emtee on the track Johustleburg pays homage to the city, the city of Gold, where he grew up. For the track, Emtee working with his long time producer Ruff and it was the third single to be dropped from the album Logan. Emtee released Wave and Brand New Day prior to Johustleburg.
The song instantly trended after the rapper teased fans with it during his battle with Nasty C. To keep the momentum around the song going Emteee even asked fans to design artwork for the single.
