Ma-E Explains The Delay Behind Him Releasing New Music. Fans of popular rapper Ma-E have been waiting for a very long time for the rapper to give them new music. It’s been a while since Ma-E dropped a full body of work He last dropped an album in 2018, Township Counsellor. Last year, the rapper collaborated on a single with K.O called Navigator with K.O and it seemed that more work was on the way. K.O also indicated that the rapper would be dropping something. Fans are growing tired of having to wait for new material from Ma-E, however, it seems the wait is almost over.

Ma-E recently answered a fan of his, who took him to task about the delay in his music. The fan told the rapper that owes his fan a bun of music and suggested that when he does decide to drop he should make it a double-disc album. Ma-E explained that he and his team were finalising businesses matter but it seems that things are finally in order and he will be able to give the music his undivided attention. “Phephisa boy, we were finalising somethings business wise. We ready to move now,” explained the rapper. Ma-E also told another fan that the wait is drawing to an end.

The talented rapper has been working behind the scenes at Skhanda World, scouting new talent. The Lie 2 Me hitmaker helped unearth talent like Mr X and Just Bheki. K.O revealed Ma-E’s role at Skhanda during his interview with Kgomotso Meso on her Kaya FM show, Elite Nites. “The reason why Ma-E is also still a part of what we’re doing now and he’s always been involved in everything that I do since day one is because um, for some reason whether he’s aware of it or not he ends up being our scout of some sort you know, and he just brings people to the circle and once they’re around us we realize oh shucks this guy he’s actually cool.“

“That’s how we came across Mr X, that’s also how we bumped into Just Bheki who’s the vocalist, the first vocalist on the label as well. So Ma-E is pretty much the catalyst in some of these things and we’re grateful for him.” K.O explained.
