Nasty C Opens Up About How He Spent His First Millions
Nasty C Opens Up About How He Spent His First Millions. Being one of the best SA hip-hop musicians entails more than just being well-known; the pennies are also tantalizing. Nasty C lives a wealthy lifestyle, as do the majority of SA rappers who are well-known in the industry.
With all the work he has done in his hip-hop career so far, Nasty C vividly remembers how he spent his first millions. The award-winning rapper revealed in an interview with SAHipHopMag that he bought himself a Rolex watch and he also invested in properties.
“When I got the cheque, it wasn’t 1 million it was a couple, so the first thing I bought was that Rolex,” he said. “I can’t remember the order in which I did these things but then I invested in an apartment, I built my father a house, and that’s when I started looking at the sh*t I needed to stay alive as an artist, like a car.”
Nasty C further revealed that he used some of the money to invest in his music by hiring a team to assist him in creating quality music. “Then invested in a team, sound engineers and sh*t like that, yeah all that sh*t,” he added.
In a recent interview he did whilst he was in New York, Nasty C recalled an incident on how his Rolex watch was stolen after a house invasion. The rapper expressed his regret about buying the watch as he ended up losing it.
“My terrible one was buying an expensive watch, but it did what I wanted it to do you know, I wanted a Rolex, so I bought it I wanted that kind of satisfaction in my garden.” Said Nasty C during the Siage Jones Street walk interview.
