DJ Speedsta Explains Why “Mayo” Music Video Is No Longer Available On YouTube. South Africa’s hip-hop scene also heavily depends on DJs. They constantly present fans with fresh talent via their single releases and projects.
DJ Speedsta is one of the SA hip-hop DJs who have played their role in propelling the game to greater heights. The prominent DJ has been charming out a slew of hitters ever since his cameo around 2010 and he has utilised the lyrical prowess of upcoming rappers of that time.
With his eye for spotting good musical talent, Speedsta managed to utilise the talents of Yung Swiss, Tellaman, Shane Eagle, and Frank Casino in creating a banger in Mayo. Taking to Twitter, one of Speedsta’s followers asked him what happened to the song’s music video as it is no longer available on the DJ’s YouTube channel. “@speedstabro your bro where is your mayo video can’t find it on YouTube,” read the tweet.
In response, Speedsta stated that he tried to migrate everything after leaving Sony, but he lost his IRSC (International Recording Standards Code). The DJ assured his fan that the music video will be available soon and he also promised the release of new music next month.
“When my contract at Sony ended we tried to migrate everything but we lost IRSC codes, working on it. Should be back up next month. I wanna have everything up before I drop next month. Soon soon!” He tweeted.
Speedsta has already started the year on a high as he is amongst the Love & Hip Hop SA reality show cast amongst other SA rappers.
