As it stands, Flvme‘s music catalogue has enough gems to expand his music brand and work with big artists both in South Ah and beyond. Taking to Twitter, the Candyman chanter made it known to his followers that his music has been recognized by US rapper J Cole. “Finally made it into J Cole’s eardrums … let’s see what’s next,” tweeted Flvme.
Earthgang’s artist DocturDot confirmed that he is in the process to work with Flvme and he has expressed his excitement to work with the SA rapper. “Also got a craaaaazy one w @FlvmeSA that I can’t wait to use,” tweeted DocturDot.
In another tweet, DocturDot confirmed sending Flvme’s vocals to J Cole and he said that the prominent US rapper is impressed by Flvme’s work. “I sent it to Cole he loved it,” tweeted DocturDot. This came after the SA rapper made it clear that the song must be released imminently.
Flvme has never set his foot off the pedestal, the rapper has been putting work behind the scenes and the recent video release for ‘Prayers Up.’ The music video is his second instalment of the Germander series titled ‘Germander II.’ Now that his vocals have hit the American market, it is meant to be seen whether Flvme will make a mark outside the South African industry.
Recently, Flvme was criticized by his fellow rapper J Molley for lying in his music and also said the former’s music is listened by dumb people. “But don’t tell me Flvme is bigger than me in music, he makes f*cking music for the dumbest masses. I talk about philosophy, religion, spirituality, intellectual sh*t, and science. Go listen to my music, I’m not one of them boys. Hash don’t even f*cking come at me, you are my son dawg,” J Molley said.
