Boity Goes On Another Freestyle Spree With K.O’s “Rockabye”
Boity Goes On Another Freestyle Spree With K.O’s “Rockabye.” As it stands, it is fair to say that Boity is currently in her bag considering how she has been contributing to the SA Hip-hop culture with her freestyles. The rapper has already dropped two freestyle hopping on Loatinover Pounds’ Sosh Plata Remix and AKA’s Mbuzi.
Taking to Twitter, Boity shared yet another freestyle banger as she jumped on K.O‘s Rockabye beat. “Rockabye Queenmix,” tweeted Boity. The freestyle might have been short compared to the other two she released but it is already getting so much love amongst her followers.
Boity is currently building the moment within her fanbase prior to the new music release since she has been on a lengthy music hiatus. Speaking with Drum Magazine, Boity indicated that she has been enjoying the freestyles as she is finding her mojo back in the music space.
“I’ve been back in studio for a few weeks now and I figured it’d be fun for me to hop on some of my favourite songs right now while I find my feet again. It’s nothing too serious, I’m just having a good time. I also felt like it might be a good way to put out some new music without having to go through all the pressure and processes of an official release.” Said Boity.
Boity is also aiming to bring back the heat to the rap culture and she believes that her freestyles have already created the much-needed momentum in the SA Hip-hop space. “I want to bring back some energy and excitement to hip hop. I feel like my freestyles have already started doing that so I can’t wait to see what happens when I actually drop new original music.” She told Drum.
