The rapper took too long to drop his single owing to different reasons, however upon the release of the track he realised that he had been holding on to a massive gem. Taking to Twitter (X), one of Priddy’s fans asked him how he felt about the track’s reception and whether it was accepted the way he anticipated. @ItsPriddyUgly How do you feel about the reception of Ntja’ka? The rapper responded by expressing that the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, highlighting that he is frequently greeted with the song’s chorus wherever he goes. Nevertheless, the MUD hitmaker emphasized that this is merely the beginning, as the track is still slated to make its debut on both radio and television.

“It’s been great. People are really excited about the song, I can’t bump into 3 people before 1 person greets me with the hook. It’s only the beginning though, we’re 2 weeks out & haven’t touched radio or TV yet, let’s revisit this in 2 months. [Official Music Video] loading…” Said Priddy Ugly.

NTJA’KA has not just amassed a following in South AH, but the song has also managed to captivate a group of Hip Hop enthusiasts internationally. Sharing on Twitter (X), the father of one, revealed that he recently engaged in a Zoom conversation with a 43-year-old French gentleman, who expressed his admiration for the track despite their differing backgrounds.

Priddy Ugly said that the two engaged in directing the track’s lyrics translating its meaning for better understanding.

“Just got off a Zoom call with a 43-year-old French white man, who is sitting at an office in Switzerland playing [Ntja’Ka]… He LOVES the record, but especially loves the switch in languages – we literally just had a convo about all the nuances, beat breaks, adlibs & rhyme patterns. He wanted to dissect every bar & we translated everything…” Said Priddy Ugly.
