This comeback signifies a powerful resurgence for J Molley, who has methodically been plotting his return to the South African rap scene after taking a break due to mental health challenges. Now, poised at the precipice of this partnership, Molley’s anticipated collaboration with Big Xhosa hints at a fusion of talents that promises to captivate audiences and further invigorate the dynamic pulse of the genre.
Taking to Instagram, the Seven Bottles chanter announced that he and Big Xhosa will hop on a song together. “I wasn’t capping guys, Big Xhosa your OG vote DA, Big Zulu we got you on board, we are coming. He’s (Big Xhosa) gonna drop a diss soon you gonna see it’s gonna be a big thing, then we dropping our song,” J Molley said.
Despite exerting considerable effort in releasing music since his comeback to the music scene, J Molley still harbours a sense of inadequacy, feeling that his contributions are not sufficiently recognized.
