RiSA Mourns The Passing Of Malome Vector. The Recording Industry of South Africa (RiSA) is deeply saddened by the untimely passing of award-winning rapper, Malome Vector. The music industry has suffered a significant loss with the departure of the talented artist.
Malome Vector tragically passed away in a car accident on the N1 in the Free State on July 24, 2024. The fatal crash also claimed the lives of two other musicians. The famed rapper was a beloved figure in South African hip-hop and was renowned for his lyrical prowess, unique style, and undeniable impact on the local music scene. His contributions to the industry have left an enduring legacy.
In a statement, the Recording Industry of South Africa (RiSA) expressed their condolences following the passing of the untimely passing of the award-winning rapper. “The passing away of Malome Vector is devastating and a great loss on behalf of the board of RiSA, our staff members and affiliates.
“We extend our heartfelt condolences and thoughts of sympathy to the Moleli family, relatives, friends, collaborators and fans,” expressed RiSA CEO Nhlanhla Sibisi. “His stage presence and charisma stand as a footprint for other artists to follow.
