Nadia Nakai Talks Signing To Family Tree

Nadia Nakai has been in the game for a while now and it came as a surprise when she announced that she was now signed to Family Tree. Nadia was previously signed to Sid Records and nobody even knew the deal had ended.

“When I was in varsity I started working with Ganja Beats and that relationship kind of didn’t work because my mom was really strict so I couldn’t really do studio time and gigs” Nadia explained in an interview with DJ Capital. “When I was in studio Cassper was also working with them so he would also come to studio and find me there” said Nadia.

“Cassper was also questioning if I was doing this just to be cool or whatever so he just kind off watched me grow to this point. We did a gig in Zim last year in October, I told him that I left Sid records and told him what I wanna do. He was like let’s do this, let’s put in the work so we have been working together since last year in October” said Nadia.
