Kwesta has explains why Day One with AKA debut in the Playlist Chart’s Top 40. The rapper recently released his follow up single titled Day Ones featuring AKA after his smash hit single Ngud which features Cassper Nyovest had dominated the radio playlists for a while.
‘Day Ones’ is a record which had some controversy surrounding it after Tweezy decided to give it to AKA and Kwesta despite the fact that it initially belonged to E-Jay. Dakar recently released the ‘Day One’ music video which has been in high rotation on all major TV channels.
Kwesta is well know for his raspy delivery on record which goes hand-in-hand with his hard punchlines while AKA is a master of voice projection. In Kwesta’s explanation about why the record is he huge, he compares the song to Gogeta who is an anime character who is the resulting fusion of the two highly powerful Saiyans Goku and Vegeta.
