Cassper Says He Will Continue To Name All His Albums After Him And His Siblings
While we await for him to drop his new album titled “Thuto”, The album will release on 07 May 2017, making it the 3rd project from Cassper. The album will follow the successful releases of his past two projects; Tsholofelo and Refiloe.
A day after revealing the album artwork for his much-anticipated 2017 album ‘Thuto’, Cassper Nyovest decided to share the story behind the title and cover. In a lengthy social post, the rapper revealed that ‘Thuto’ is his elder sister who has always reminded him of the childhood and his early days of rapping. He further revealed he chose 07 May release date because it’s Thuto’s born-day.
You might have noticed that Cassper always titles his albums after himself or his siblings. Interesting right? Tsholofelo which is his debut studio album meaning “hope”, is named after Nyovest’s younger sister. Then his second album “Refiloe” was named after him.
So recently, Cassper revealed that he his focused on continuing to name all his albums after him and his siblings.
