Nasty C Reacts To His Videos Disqualification From The SAMAs
The SA Music Awards (SAMA) announced last week that they have disqualified two of Nasty C’s music videos from this year’s awards. The two videos, Good Girls and Don’t Do It, were questioned following last week’s nominations announcement, with fans pointing out that the videos were not aired on national television before January 31, as per the competitions rules.
Nasty C’s tally of nominations has now gone down to five, which means fellow rapper Kwesta now has the most nominations for Sama 23, with his six nods.
Nasty C isn’t however affected by this development. The “Hell Naw” rapper still believes he is at the top of his game and that won’t change regardless of the fact that his videos were disqualified.
Many people would have thought that Kwesta would be celebrating that he is now leading the SAMAs with many nominations, but the “Ngiyaz’fela Ngawe” hit-maker took to twitter to express his distaste towards the organizers. Kwesta feels that the SAMA organizers owe Nasty C an apology.
