Boity Details Previous Reservations Of Doing A Reality Show! Reality Television used to make people famous but now it seems famous people do it to stay famous.

From Bonang to Somizi, SA celebs with successful careers entered into the world of reality TV and had great success with it. In 2019, Boity surprised her fans when she announced that she’d be having her own reality show on BET Africa called Own Your Throne.

The Wuz Dat hitmaker seem to be enjoying it and the show is a hit with fans. But in a recent interview with DRUM, Boity revealed that she had reservations about doing the show to maintain some level of privacy and avoid social media criticism.

“The offers had been coming in for years but i kept saying no. Letting people into my life and having the last bit of privacy taken away from me felt uncomfortable,” Boity told DRUM.

Boity said she decided to do it as she felt she is more mature and comfortable with herself.

“When i decided i’m going to venture into this i was comfortable with who i am and my life. I have accepted many things. I’m more mature than i was a few years ago.” Boity added.
