Scoop Opens Up About Why The Boyz n Buckz Crew Separated. Some may remember a promising hip hop group Boyz n Buckz which consisted of DJz, rappers, sneaker heards and producers.

Unfortunately the crew separated and it is only now Scoop who was part of the group explained the reasons that led to the separation. On a latest podcast The Sobering the TV presenter laid bare an information most fans were itching to know.

The The group consisted of Okmalumkoolkat, Riky Rick, Stilo Magolide, USanele, Scoop and Sibot.

“It was just young niggas and there was a lot of success that came, and I feel like the problems would have never arised between me and MK because we don’t make music. I definitely feel the problems rose with the people that make music,” said Scoop.

Speaking of the reasons that brought the group together Okmalumkoolkat stated back in 2016 that they aimed to inspire.

“It’s all about boosting the confidence of our youth through knowledge of self and global awareness simultaneously. Like, ‘Hey, a kid from Durban is as cool as a kid from Paris, or New York, or London.’ We actually have more umswenko because we are not really following global trends anymore, even though we are aware through the interweb—we are leading.”
