SA Rappers React To ‘Debit Orders’ Taking Up Money Despite Lockdown. When the President announced the Lockdown, one thing that worried people was how they will lose out on the money they have no means of replacing.
Rouge is one of the first artists to address the issue, highly so boldly that since people are on lockdown the debut orders must join in. She said that the government must compensate citizens for this time, with reason that for most people it’s no work and no play.
“Please find out from the government when we getting our monthly allowance or when our rent is gonna be postponed like everything else and what time is data gonna be free??” tweeted Rouge.
The likes of Nadia Nakai, Rashid Kay and Zakwe at least joined to express how displeased they are with store taking up money despite lockdown.
This is so scary… I’m just gonna stay away from shops for as long as I can… https://t.co/8OjUPE7Xol

This will most probably be the most difficult year for most of us BUT something tells me goods things will come if we use these times to organize our lives and re-evaluate our lifestyles. Financially and Spiritually. Alot of work to do.
