Beef Alert: Rick Ross Has Had Enough With 50 Cent Sex Tape Legal Battle. You would think that people get tired of always being involved in countless fights with other artists but, for some reason beefing seems to be 50 Cent’s favourite pass time.
Fif is now involved in a heated legal battle with his representative Reed Smith, for misconduct and unfortunately Rick Ross is unwillingly getting dragged into the mix.
The beef between the rappers started in the early 2000’s when a sex tape of Ross’s former girlfriend Lastonia Leviston was leaked.
50 cent was rumoured to have been the one behind the leaking of the tape as a result, he had to compensate Leviston Seven Million Dollars after he was found guilty.
The battle between the two rappers looks like it’s far from over as the Get Rich Or Die Trying rapper is counter-suing Smith for failure to properly overthrow Ross during the original trial.
A lot of blame is being shifted around as 50 Cent real name Curtis Jackson, is claiming that the tape was in fact leaked by Rick Ross himself.
The MMG rapper is breaking the silence about Jackson’s foul play tactics claiming that he is fed up with 50’s petty tactics.
According to Ross he is just about had it with the whole saga and just wants to put it behind him and move on with life.
Smith is also appealing to have 50 Cent’s lawsuit thrown out but he has yet to hear from the court.
Is it us or is 50 Cent just messy?
