Here are 10 things you didn’t know about G-Easy . Gerald Earl Gillum, better known by his stage name G-Easy, is a rapper, songwriter and record producer from Oakland, California. His breakthrough came after releasing These Things Happen on July 23, 2014. It peaked at no 3 on the US Billboard 200, marking his arrival in the game.

1. G-Easy started out as record producer
2. Here was a member of a local hip hop group, called “The Bay Boyz”
