Taking to Twitter, NOTA revealed that he is facing a defamation lawsuit from Warner Music Africa. This came after he accused the record label of destroying the careers of artists in South Africa. In the tweet, Baloyi advised Mzansi artists not to commit to the label as it is not there to promote their careers but to take from it.

If you want to kill your career as a South African or African artist all you need to do is sign with WARNER AFRICA… It’s a declaration of WAR for you to respond the way you did, instead of promoting the artists that have entrusted you with their careers. I have been saying this!” Tweeted NOTA.

NOTA‘s complaint against Warner Music Africa has landed him in yet another defemation lawsuit. Baloyi resorted to Twitter to announce that Warner Music want to sue him for the remarks he made against the record label. “Uthini lo? WARNER AFRICA want to sue me, now me & @therealxavier are blocked.” Tweeted NOTA.
