“He’s going to change the game,” Costa Titch Receives Major Co-sign From Akon. From starting his career in the entertainment industry as a dancer working with Cassper Nyovest, Costa Titch has propelled him to become one of Mzansi’s phenomenal. The rapper has become a notoriety not only in South Ah, but his craft has reached a global stage.

Taking to Instagram, the Big Flexa hitmaker shared a video clip of music legend Akon praising his craft. Akon revealed in an interview that he listen to Costa Titch’s music as the video made rounds on social media. “Costa Titch, check him out, that child is a problem. He’s going to change the game, he’s going to be a game changer,” Akon said.

In response, Costa Titch was elated by the comments made by the Senegalese music legend. “Big shout out to my brother Akon for the love. This honestly means the world to me,”  he wrote. The rapper has been a joy to watch with his journey picking up at a very tremendous pace. Costa Titch has worked with the likes of AKA, Diamond Platinum amongst others.

Speaking to the Sowetan, the rapper revealed that dancing was part of him and he had no clue that he would venture into making music. “Dancing has been a part of my life since I was 12. I had no idea I’d get into music. I used to have these visions of what I’d look like when I’m older. I guess over time that started shaping my intentions of being in the music industry.” He said.

Costa Titch claimed that the moment he intended to submit one of his choreography videos to Channel O was the moment he realized he was an artist. The rapper said that he aspired to appear on TV and that the only way for him to do so was to begin recording music.

“Being a musician started when I wanted to get one of my choreography videos on Channel O. I thought how can I get myself on TV? I realised the only way for that to happen was if I owned the music  I was dancing to. That’s when the idea to jump into studio and make my own music came about.” Said Costa Titch.
