Here’s Why Moozlie Is Not Crying Over Losing Big Cruz Vodka Contract

Here’s Why Moozlie Is Not Crying Over Losing Big Cruz Vodka Contract. Sunday World recently reported that rapper Moozlie, real name Nomuzi Mabena has lost her big contract with the liquor brand, Cruz Vodka. Moozlie’s contract with Cruz Vodka was reportedly cancelled because the rapper posted a beer brand on her social media accounts. While it may have been a sad moment that the contract ended, it seems Moozlie has dusted herself and moved on from the situation.

Moozlie has been quiet about the end of her contract with Cruz Vodka but judging from her latest Instagram post the star is definitely not crying over the loss. It is often said that when one door closes another one opens and this might just be the case for Moozlie. Moozlie shared a post with her and beer brand, Castle Lite which she has been working with for some time over the years. In her caption reflected on the long-running collaboration with Castle Lite. “ABSOLUTELY NO MISTAKES???? This is over 7 years of consistent collaboration & pure love for the culture??❤️‍? And also… just so we’re clear. This is not… just beer, THIS. IS. @castlelitesa ‼️‼️‼️

Moozlie’s caption does also seem to be her response to the Sunday World article that reported her contract has come to an end. An insider allegedly told the paper that Moozlie’s management had a sit-down meeting in Cape Town to try and convince the brand that she had made a “mistake” by posting the “beer”. “To make things worse, the other is just a beer, I don’t think she knew the risks when she posted. Remember these are tough times, whatever brings cash, we take,” an insider is quoted as telling the publication. Well. according to Moozlie, there’s “absolutely no mistakes”. Sbuda Roc Motloung who is Moozli’e manager and partner also repeated Moozlie’s sentiments in the comment section and said, “not been one mistake” to which Moozlie responded and said not even half.

Cruz Vodka’s brand spokesperson Rachel Pereira confirmed to Sunday World that indeed the collaboration had to come to end because Moozlie choose to partner with an opposition liquor brand. “We are disappointed that Moozlie has chosen to partner with an opposition liquor brand. Our strategy is to have long-term exclusive partnerships with our ambassadors. We loved working with Moozlie and wish her all the best for the future,” said Rachel. A few days before the article was published Moozlie has tweeted that she found it wild that a person is not allowed to openly talk about the terms of their contract. It is highly possible that she was expressing her frustrations over her Cruz Vodka contract.
