Snoop Dogg celebrates the legalisation of weed in California. Celebrities may be panicking about Hillary Clinton’s chances in the 2016 race. But over in California, several of their high-profile marijuana advocates are celebrating the passage of Proposition 64, which legalizes the recreational use of marijuana. The Cali rapper had a deep historical encounter with the law for being in possession of  weed, seemingly change has come. Snoop will smoke everyday.

California voted to legalize marijuana Tuesday night with the success of Proposition 64, which outlines a 15 percent excise tax on all retail marijuana sales. “We just legalized marijuana in Cali. #smokeweedeveryday,” tweeted Snoop Dogg, a California native and weed enthusiast.

Tommy Chong of Cheech and Chong also celebrated the decision

California joined Arizona, Maine, Massachusetts and Nevada in the states voting on legalizing recreational marijuana, emerging pro-legalization as the others remained too close to call later into the night.
