Lucasraps Responds To Ghost Hlubi’s ‘Big Time Sh’lappa’ Diss Track. Lucasraps has become one of the most prolific SA rappers from Durban, joining the camp with the likes of Nasty C and Blxckie. Following the release of his album 031 To The World, the rapper has gained traction from international artists and he has managed to get a nod on Snoop Dogg’s album.
The rapper has managed to up his game and become one of the best rappers in the game and that has enabled him to maintain a good image in SA hip hop. In response to one of the rising artists, Ghost Hlubi, who recorded a diss track directed at him and other rappers, the Durban rapper stated that he is not interested in responding to the youngster because doing so will be degrading his brand.
“Sup yall, unfortunately, I find it a bit too degrading to my brand if was to reply to the kid. Like it’s genuinely not worth my time. The only reason why I’m tweeting this is to save MY supporters the time of thinking I will respond. $latt.” Tweeted Lucasraps.
During an interview with SlikourOnlife, he mentioned that he avoids doing things that will have a negative impact on individuals who look up to him.
“You can influence someone to do something stupid, don’t do that if you gonna be stupid,” he explained. “Don’t make someone go stupid that’s sad because I’m gonna do something stupid people are gonna f*** with it, people are gonna want to be stupid to impress you, control it, understand your power, don’t play with it,” he said.
