Sho Madjozi has been recognized as one of Africa’s most influential young people among 99 other Africans like Maps Maponyane, Burna Boy and Davido just to mention a few. Maya is the only South African rapper featured on the list this year and the major reason is she has been the most dominant and most recognazable force.
The rapper bagged her first ever international award at the BET Music Awards this year. She was nominated in the category for Best International Act which she walked away with and nothing was the same since then.
