Following the release of Gwan featuring Maglera Doe Boy and the recent joint Anazinto, Dee Koala is aiming for much bigger things in the rap game. Speaking in an interview with Ms Cosmo on POPRadio Podcast, Dee revealed quite a number of rappers she wants to collaborate with, but she also opened up about her dream collaboration with Thandiswa Mazwai.

“One of the biggest dreams is to work with Thandiswa Mazwai, not only because it was my mom’s favourite but also because of the way she represents Xhosa culture,” she said. In terms of SA rappers she wants to collaborate with, Dee said; “Of course Okmalumkoolkat, Sho Madjozi and Sjava.”

“But in terms of huns, there are two huns I want to work with, Buzzi Lee, of course, we can make this anytime because we are cool like that. So Buzzi Lee and Leezy Lindokuhle I think she’s fire and like on the spot she can even finesse. I still want to do more music with Holy Alpha as well and hopefully Rouge,” she added.

The 25-year-old rapper has stated that she has been receiving calls from her fans to drop an album. “Everyone wants to hear this album, like do you know my fans email me now, they dont DM anymore, they email,” she said.
