Bravo Le Roux Basks In Post-CottonFest Praise. There’s no greater thrill than stepping onto the stage at one of the country’s largest musical concerts and delivering a performance to hometown fans. Capetonian rappers seized the opportunity to shine at the just-ended Cape Town CottonFest concert over the weekend.
Bravo Le Roux was amongst the Cape Town rappers who managed to deliver a scintillating music experience for the SA Hip Hop fans. Taking to Instagram, the rapper said that he has been told by most of the fans that he delivered the best performance at Cotton Fest Cape Town.
In the post, Bravo added that during his performance he felt the presence of his ancestors hence it justified the fans’ remarks. “Abantu bathi we had the best performance and I could feel my ancestors’ presence during the set,” wrote Bravo Le Roux.
Not only is he getting praise for his live performances, but the rapper’s music has been performing exceptionally on music charts. Recently, the Maradona chanter claimed that his album is in the top 3 best albums that have dropped this year in SA Hip Hop. “I dont usually do this but my album is top 3 from all the hip hop projects that dropped in South Africa this year! Ndimile lapho!” He said.
As if that is not enough, Bravo Le Roux‘s album Igazi, Iinyembezi Nombilo has been making waves on the charts, and it recently ascended back into the top 30 in the Hip Hop/Rap category.
