Cassper Details How Emtee Went MIA The Day They Were Meant To Be In Studio! Cassper’s biggest beef might be with AKA but he also has other subtle beefs with some of the major names in SA Hip Hop. From his fallout with Riky Rick to his complicated relationship with Emtee, Cassper has had his fare share of hip hop drama.

Earlier in the year, Cassper and Emtee’s manager went head to head on twitter over a collaboration that ended up not happening. Now Cassper has opened up about what caused the collaboration to not happen and by the look of things, Emtee’s manager did have the final say. In an Instagram Live interview with Slikour, Cassper shared his side of the story and how some of it might be his own fault.

“I tried to reach out to Emtee, the day we were supposed to go to the studio he switched off his phone. I was like I know this one, that’s not gonna happen definitely. I was on the way to the studio and his phone was off. I know what that means…so I texted him in the morning, I thought he’d explain something but he was just like (f*ck you). I was like it is what it is, keep it moving but I tried,” Cassper told Slikour during on Instagram Live.

Cassper also took responsibility admitting that he’s got a loud character and that makes it impossible not to offend some people. The Amademoni rapper said that as much as he tries to reach out to people, he’s realizing that not everyone in SA Hip Hop likes him.

“I think that the idea that we have in our heads of South African Hip Hop being one thing where we’re altogether like Nigerians who stick together is not going to happen but we shining, people are making money maybe that’s all that matters,” he added.
