We all know the Free Weezy album is out now and was released on Tidal which is Jay-Z’s streaming service.

Reports have come out that Birdman is now suing Jay-Z and Tidal for $50million and they maintain that they own all of the exclusive rights to Wayne’s music and that Tidal is illegal.

The lawsuit  states that Tidal claims Cash Money doesn’t have that exclusive ownership, and that Wayne gave them the go ahead to exclusively stream his music in return for part ownership in Tidal.

All of this is right on the heels of an official indictment out of Atlanta that makes it sound like Birdman and Young Thug, who was just arrested and charged with drugs and weapons violations, plotted to kill Wayne. We will keep you updated on this story
