L’tido Shares What He Thinks Of The Criticism Nasty C Has Been Getting. What can never be denied is how talented Nasty C is, but like most artists his art doesn’t get all the love in fact that was proven a while ago.
Last week the 24 year-old rapper released a single Zulu Man where he raps in vernac. This is after a portion of his fan base begged to have a record of him spitting bars in one of his home languages IsiZulu. Nasty delivered but not everyone was impressed.
The highlight of the criticism came from Lavida Nota who went on a committed full rant telling the young rapper to adjust and get back to the drawing board. While others concurred with Nota’s sentiments others felt that the whole criticism was unfair and came from a “bitter” place.
L’tido count as one of the people who came through to defend Nasty C, he expressed how people are putting on him an unnecessary pressure.
“Niggas was complaining when nasty wasn’t rapping in vernac. He drops a Zulu track , niggas still complaining …. what do you guy’s actually want???” wrote Tido.
Nasty C made it clear that he is not out here trying to sound old, he is here to introduce a new sound. The album Zulu Man With Some Power is dropping tomorrow to offer more flavour.
